I have been making crepes at home recently and they come out good and are easy to make-relatively. I would like to use Buckwheat flour like they do in France (and Montreal/Quebec). Trouble is, you can’t get it anywhere! Does anyone have a Buckwheat flour source? Let’s have it.

Try Wholefoods in RWood.
$, but worth it. Better stuff for
the baby too, organic etc… when he’s ready.

TONS of rich pseudo, and ex-hippy types in there shopping.

They do sell meats and fish so there’s not the

You WILL get cut off in the parking lot by
someone wearing Birkenstocks.
B- I’m failing miserably in my endeavor to be more patient and understanding of people. Ah,
the old negativity again. What is it about Hippies and Ridgewood that does that to me?

Yup. Wholefoods, probably Trader Joe’s (Wayne, Westwood) as well. Actually…a decent Supermarket that carries the full ‘King Arthur’ flour line would have it on the shelf.
